Development Variance Permit Application - DVP #04-2018 - RONA Properties (GRB Holdings Ltd.) - Height, Area & Setback Variances for Proposed Storage Building - 252 Second Avenue North
 
Take notice that the Council of the City of Williams Lake on Tuesday, August 14th, 2018 at 6:00 PM, at a Regular Council Meeting in the Council Chambers at 450 Mart Street, will consider an application for Development Variance Permit No. 04-2018.

The purpose of Development Variance Permit No. 04-2018 is to vary the following sections of “City of Williams Lake Zoning Bylaw No. 1825, 2002” Service Commercial (CS-1) Zone, for the construction of the proposed 1,980-sq. ft. storage building only, on Lot 11, Block 4, District Lot 71, Cariboo District, Plan 1553, located at 252 Second Avenue North:

a) Section 314.2 Maximum Height of Accessory Buildings and Structures is being increased to 5.8m from 4m;

b) Section 314.2 Maximum Size of Accessory Buildings and Structures is being increased from 10% to 41% of the area of the subject parcel;

c) Section 314.3 Minimum Front Lot Line Setback for Accessory Buildings and Structures is being reduced to 3.1m from 7.6m; and

d) Section 314.3 Minimum Interior Lot Line Setback for Accessory Buildings and Structures is being reduced to 0m from 1.5m.

Development Permit Application - DP #05-2018 - RONA Properties (GRB Holdings Ltd.) - Construction of New Storage Building - 252 Second Avenue North

 
Take notice that the Council of the City of Williams Lake on Tuesday, August 14th, 2018 at 6:00 PM, at a Regular Council Meeting in the Council Chambers at 450 Mart Street, will consider an application for Development Permit No. 05-2018.

The purpose of Development Permit No. 05-2018 is to allow for construction of a new 1,980 sq. ft. storage building on the subject property located at 252 Second Avenue North, legally described as Lot 11, Block 4, District Lot 71, Cariboo District, Plan 1553.
