Development Variance Permit Application - DVP #06-2019 - McKinney - Minimum Setback for Principal Building - 763 Western Avenue

Take notice that the Council of the City of Williams Lake on Tuesday, July 16th, 2019 at 6:00 PM, at a Regular Council Meeting in the Council Chambers at 450 Mart Street, will consider an application for Development Variance Permit No. 06-2019.

The purpose of Development Permit No. DVP #06-2019 is to vary City of Williams Lake Zoning Bylaw No. 1825, 2002, Section 302.3 “Minimum Building Setbacks” in the Single Family Residential (R-1) zone by reducing the minimum interior lot line setback for the proposed garage addition to the existing principal dwelling only from 1.5m to 1.14m. The subject property is located at 763 Western Avenue, legally described as Lot 4, District Lot 588, Cariboo District, Plan 14148.
