Development Variance Permit Application - DVP #09-2019 - ICE Development Ltd. (Janda Group Holdings) - 'Dollarama' Sign Variance - 850 Oliver Street

Take notice that the Council of the City of Williams Lake on Tuesday, November 19th, 2019 at 6:00 PM, at a Regular Council Meeting in the Council Chambers at 450 Mart Street, will consider an application for Development Variance Permit No. 09-2019.

The purpose of Development Variance Permit No. DP #09-2019 is to vary Part III – Section D.4 and Part IV – Section C.1.c.i of City of Williams Lake Sign Bylaw No. 2153, 2012 to increase the projection of the ‘Dollarama’ fascia sign above the roofline from 0.5 m to 0.71 m and to increase the total area of the fascia sign from 25% of the wall area to 58.66%, for the proposed ‘Dollarama’ sign only at 850 Oliver Street, legally described as Lot A, District Lot 71, Cariboo District, Plan EPP78192.
