Take notice that the Council of the City of Williams Lake on Tuesday, January 15th, 2019 at 6:00 PM, at a Regular Council Meeting in the Council Chambers at 450 Mart Street, will consider an application for Development Variance Permit No. 08-2018.

The purpose of Development Variance Permit No. 08-2018 is to vary Section 223 - "Cannabis Related Regulations" of City of Williams Lake Zoning Bylaw No. 1825, 2002 to reduce the minimum distance between retail cannabis stores from 500m to 160m, for the subject property located at 68 Broadway Avenue North, legally described as Lot 5, District Lots 71 and 8816, Cariboo District, Plan 12569.

Take notice that the Council of the City of Williams Lake on Tuesday, January 15th, 2019 at 6:00 PM, at a Regular Council Meeting in the Council Chambers at 450 Mart Street, will consider an application for Development Variance Permit No. 09-2018.

The purpose of Development Variance Permit No. 09-2018 is to vary Section 223 - "Cannabis Related Regulations" of City of Williams Lake Zoning Bylaw No. 1825, 2002 to reduce the minimum distance between retail cannabis stores from 500m to 460m, for the subject property located at 98 Second Avenue North, legally described as Lot 4, Block 9, District Lot 71, Cariboo District, Plan 1553.
