Zoning Amendment Application - Bylaw No. 2285 - 3Gen Cabinetry Corp. - Adds "Secondary Suites" Use - 375 Mandarino Place
 
Take notice that the Council of the City of Williams Lake on Tuesday, September 18th, 2018 at 7:00 PM, will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers at 450 Mart Street, to hear all persons interested in supporting or objecting to Williams Lake Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2285, 2018 being a Bylaw of the City of Williams Lake to amend the "Williams Lake Zoning Bylaw No. 1825, 2002".

The purpose of Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2285 is to add Secondary Suites as a Permitted Land Use in the Bareland Strata Residential (R-9) zone to permit secondary suites within single family dwellings on the subject property located at 375 Mandarino Place (Westridge Estates), legally described as Lot 1, District Lots 8841 and 8842, Cariboo District, Plan PGP44959.

Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2272 - Managing Legal Cannabis
 
Take notice that the Council of the City of Williams Lake on Tuesday, September 18th, 2018 at 7:00 PM, will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers at 450 Mart Street, to hear all persons interested in supporting or objecting to Williams Lake Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2272, 2018 being a Bylaw of the City of Williams Lake to amend the "Williams Lake Zoning Bylaw No. 1825, 2002".

The purpose of Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2272 is to allow storefront retail cannabis uses in certain zones as specified in the bylaw and allow cannabis production and distribution facilities in conjunction with existing heavy industrial uses in a newly created "North-end Cannabis and Heavy Industrial (M-4)" Zone.
