Zoning Amendment Application - Bylaw No. 2308 - Rose Lamarche - Adds "Manufactured Home" as Permitted Land Use to Add Second Dwelling - 3018 Edwards Drive

Take notice that the Council of the City of Williams Lake on Tuesday, April 30th, 2019 at 7:00 PM, will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers at 450 Mart Street, to hear all persons interested in supporting or objecting to Williams Lake Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2308, 2019, being a Bylaw of the City of Williams Lake to amend the "Williams Lake Zoning Bylaw No. 1825, 2002".

The purpose of Bylaw No. 2308 is to amend the City of Williams Lake Zoning Bylaw No. 1825, 2002 adding "Manufactured Home" as a Permitted Land Use under Division 304.1 of the existing Two Family Residential (R-2) zone, on the subject property only, located at 3018 Edwards Drive, legally described as Lot 5, District Lot 8843, Cariboo District, Plan 12213.  The applicant has made this application to add a second dwelling, being a manufactured home, as a permitted use to the R-2 zone on this site only.
