Zoning Amendment Application - Bylaw No. 2311 - 1144438 BC Ltd. - Highway Commercial (CS-3) to Town Centre Commercial (C-1) - 27 Seventh Avenue South 

Take notice that the Council of the City of Williams Lake on Tuesday, July 16th, 2019 at 7:00 PM, will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers at 450 Mart Street, to hear all persons interested in supporting or objecting to Williams Lake Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2311, 2019, being a Bylaw of the City of Williams Lake to amend the "Williams Lake Zoning Bylaw No. 1825, 2002".

The purpose of Bylaw No. 2311 is to amend the City of Williams Lake Zoning Bylaw No. 1825, 2002 to rezone the subject properties from Highway Commercial (CS-3) zone to Town Centre Commercial (C-1) zone to allow more diverse uses, including offices. The subject properties are located at 27 Seventh Avenue South, being the properties occupied as the Slumber Lodge Hotel, legally described as Lot 13, Block 3, District Lot 71, Cariboo District, Plan 4629, Except Plan 14490 and Lots 14, 15 and northerly portion of Lot 16, Block 3, District Lot 71, Cariboo District, Plan 4629.
