Take notice that the Council of the City of Williams Lake on Tuesday, December 18th, 2018 at 6:00 PM, will hold a Public Consultation Meeting in the Council Chambers at 450 Mart Street, to provide an opportunity for any member of the public and/or organization to review applications to amend the City of Williams Lake Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2140 and Williams Lake Zoning Bylaw No. 1825.

The applicant requests a change in the land use designation from Residential-Multifamily (RMF) to Residential-Single Family (RSF) and a change in the zoning from Acreage Reserve (A-1) zone to Single Family Residential (R-1) zone for the subject property located at 1946 Broadway Avenue South, legally described as Lot 1, District Lot 8818, Cariboo District, Plan BCP13920, to facilitate development of two new single family dwelling parcels and a third remnant parcel.
