Zoning Amendment Application - Bylaw No. 2300 - Fox Mountain Brewing Company Ltd. - Adds "Brewery" as Permitted Land Use - 215 Donald Road

Take notice that the Council of the City of Williams Lake on Tuesday, March 12th, 2019 at 7:00 PM, will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers at 450 Mart Street, to hear all persons interested in supporting or objecting to Williams Lake Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2300, 2019, being a Bylaw of the City of Williams Lake to amend the "Williams Lake Zoning Bylaw No. 1825, 2002".

The purpose of Bylaw No. 2300 is to amend the City of Williams Lake Zoning Bylaw No. 1825, 2002 adding "Brewery" as a Permitted Land Use under Division 314.1 of the existing Service Commercial (CS-1) zone, on the subject property only, located at 215 Donald Road, legally described as Lot 1, District Lot 8815, Cariboo District, Plan 32331.

Take notice that the Council of the City of Williams Lake on Tuesday, March 26th, 2019 at 7:00 PM, will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers at 450 Mart Street, to hear all persons interested in supporting or objecting to Williams Lake Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2301, 2019, being a Bylaw of the City of Williams Lake to amend the "Williams Lake Zoning Bylaw No. 1825, 2002".

The purpose of Bylaw No. 2301 is to amend the City of Williams Lake Zoning Bylaw No. 1825, 2002 adding "Manufactured Home" as a Permitted Land Use under Division 302.1 of the existing Single Family Residential (R-1) zone, on the subject property only, located at 911 Proctor Street, legally described as Lot 3, District Lot 8815, Cariboo District, Plan EPP82648.
