Zoning Amendment Application - Bylaw No. 2312 - Tyler Judd - Adds "Manufactured Home" Use - 1156 Mackenzie Avenue North

Take notice that the Council of the City of Williams Lake on Tuesday, August 13th, 2019 at 7:00 PM, will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers at 450 Mart Street, to hear all persons interested in supporting or objecting to Williams Lake Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2312, 2019, being a Bylaw of the City of Williams Lake to amend the "Williams Lake Zoning Bylaw No. 1825, 2002".

The purpose of Bylaw No. 2312 is to amend the City of Williams Lake Zoning Bylaw No. 1825, 2002 by adding "Manufactured Home" as a permitted land use in the Single Family Residential (R-1) zone to allow for a manufactured home on the subject property located at 1156 Mackenzie Avenue North, legally described as Lot 9, District Lot 8843, Cariboo District, Plan 6993.
