Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2259 - ICE Developments Ltd. (Janda Group Holdings) - Adds "Drive-Thru Restaurant" Use - 850 Oliver Street (Boitanio Mall)
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the City of Williams Lake on Tuesday, December 5th, 2017 at 7:00 PM will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers at 450 Mart Street, to hear all persons interested in supporting or objecting to Williams Lake Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2259, 2017 being a Bylaw of the City of Williams Lake to amend the "Williams Lake Zoning Bylaw No. 1825, 2002".
The purpose of Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2259 is to amend Zoning Bylaw No. 1825, 2002, Section 312.1 - Town Centre Commercial (C-1) Zone by adding "Drive-Thru Restaurant" as a permitted land use on the subject property only, located at 850 Oliver Street and legally described as Lot A, District Lot 71, Cariboo District, Plan 17161 and Lot A, District Lot 71, Cariboo District, Plan 26170.
