Biography
Scott Nelson has served as a Councillor for the City of Williams Lake for a collective 20 years, and was Mayor for 3 years. He is a successful businessman, and is the owner of Best Buy Propane, among other enterprises.
Scott is a strong advocate for development, community safety, investment and job creation. He believes that advanced education opportunities are extremely important for Williams Lake’s future, and is a strong supporter of Williams Lake being home to a local university campus. Scott also supports the development of affordable and seniors’ housing for our community.
Scott is a long time resident of Williams Lake and has three children with his partner, Twila.
