Property Inventory
The City’s Economic Development department has initiated an inventory of commercial and industrial property for sale or lease. The inventory will be publicly available through the Williams Lake Economic Development office and the City’s website. Once complete the inventory will be used by the department as a planning tool for target marketing and investment attraction and to respond to business inquiries.
We would like to encourage anyone who has commercial or industrial property available for sale or lease in the City of Williams Lake to contact our office so that it can be included in the inventory. The property can be raw land, land and buildings or space within buildings.
