Home of the Williams Lake Stampeders, the Complex consists of two ice arenas, one with bleachers, one without. During the winter these rinks are rented by user groups such as Minor Hockey, Williams Lake Figure Skating Club and Speed Skating.
When the ice is out this facility is often used for lacrosse, the Indoor Rodeo, Graduation Ceremonies and trade shows.
